Add Terraform and Pulumi support for simple groups

Feature Request

The Checkly Groups Makeover feature request has been marked as completed, but we still need Terraform and Pulumi support.

This would allow Terraform and Pulumi users to configure groups with group overrides disabled. Currently, we can configure this via the web app UI, API, and the Checkly CLI, but we need to add support for Terraform and Pulumi.

I’m creating a feature request here so that all users who are interested in this can easily follow along. Thank you!

    Check groups v2 (i.e. simple groups allowing you to opt out of group-level settings) are now available in Terraform and Pulumi.

    The recommended path for upgrading is to create a new v2 group with the desired settings, move checks to that group, and then delete the old group.

    • Terraform: The new resource is called checkly_check_group_v2

    • Pulumi: The new resource is called checkly.CheckGroupV2
