Allow status page maintenance windows without an "affected services" section

Today every window must list at least one impacted service, however, users want a clean generic banner without the "affected" verbiage. Customer requests to publish a maintenance window to the public status page with just a name and time range.

Would this be just about the rendering of the banner (ie a cosmetic change) or a matter of saying maintenance windows shouldn’t require an affected service whatsoever?

The primary problem they want solved is the affected service name appearing on the public maintenance banner.

Additional context: It's a rendering/display issue, not a requirement to remove the affected service field entirely. They initially framed it as wanting services affected to be optional in the settings screen so it wouldn't display on the public page. When I asked if being able to select impacted services on the backend but suppress them from the public page would also solve it, they confirmed yes.
