Configurable time zone

Feature Request

It would be great if you could configure the UI to display time charts in a particular time zone. My preference would be to have an option for a organization wide setting, as we prefer to all users always operate in UTC. But it would be OK if it was just configurable as a user setting.

    Show time zone on timecharts in UI

    It is very helpful to directly embedded the time zone in the UI, so you don’t have to check what the time zone being used is.
