Enable low-level diagnostics with TCP Dumps/PCAPs for checks

Add the ability to capture and analyze raw network packets (TCP dumps or PCAPs) for API and TCP checks, providing detailed insights for troubleshooting and debugging.

For example, this can help surface underlying issues like DNS retries or misconfigured headers.

    TCP dumps & traceroutes are now supported in API checks:

      Hi, we got a clear interest in having traceroute while url or icmp (or tcp) monitors fails.
      Using API check would mean increased costs as well as destroying any interest in simple checks.
