Make the `test-sessions` data accessible on the public API

Feature RequestTest Sessions

As discussed with Daniel on Slack (Thread)

The test-sessions endpoint that is used within the Dashboard isn't available on the public API, and should be to allow access to the session data.

    Hey @Adam Strawson can you give me an idea how you would use this data? Would it be for an external dashboard, or some other reporting tool?
