Schedule Now - with option to define enviroment variables

Our QA team would like the option of manually triggering tests with the option to provide specific environment variables e.g. ENVIRONMENT_URL via the dashboard/UI.

This would allow them to run on-demand checks on specific UAT environments as needed (along-side our automated Checkly cli CI/CD implementation).

I imagine a popup window would show when clicking either 'schedule now' or 'schedule group' providing the UI used on the environment variables page - which would let them set some temporary variable values for the test they are triggering.

    I'm curious about two things

    What if you could schedule now / trigger deactivated checks?

    Is there anything keeping your QA folks from adopting the CLI and using npx checkly test and passing env variables to confirm that the environment is up?

      We don't currently have any deactivated checks, but given if we were to deactivate it would likely because the test was failing due to a specific failure, being able to test these via dashboard on specific environment would be helpful to get up and running again.

      Our QA team are all manual testers without coding skills, although we're planning to introduce them to playwright and how the tests work etc its not currently possible.
