Mark/Delete failures as false-positive

We use Checkly statistics to monitor our uptime %.
Sometimes we have failures that are false positives (since there was a bug in the test or specific to the test environment, and not in production, or just things didn't really break).
We don't want to count those failures as downtime, hopefully with adding a note to why.
